How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange. In order to return or exchange an item, the attached security tag must not be removed. If the security tag is removed, the item cannot be returned. Jewelry must be returned in it's original packaging. Please save your packaging for future use. Please note that custom jewelry, special orders, engraved items, and monogram jewelry cannot be returned unless deemed defective by Tesoro Boston. Defective items will be repaired and/or replaced at the discretion of Tesoro Boston. Jewelry that has been repaired, sized, damaged, used or altered in any way after delivery by a secondary jeweler, yourself, or a third party are not eligible for return. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, your refund will be processed.
