What is normal wear and tear you may ask? Here is what it isn't: Normal wear and tear does not include shutting your hand in the car door or dropping your jewelry in the garbage disposal! It doesn't include "my dog ate it" or "my baby ripped it off of my neck!" It also doesn't include loss or damage do to an act of God, a natural disaster or a night out that involved a little too much fun. On a more serious note, this program does not included ring sizing and or shipping fees due to necessary repairs. Guarantee is voided if the piece has been repaired, altered, modified or damaged in any way by yourself, another jeweler or third party. Wondering what we do cover?
